We have extensive experience in handling newborns, ensuring their safety and well-being are always our top priority throughout the session. Patience & Expertise: We understand that newborns set their own pace. Our sessions are never rushed, allowing ample time for feeding, changing, and soothing.

When is the Best Time for Newborn Photography?
The absolute best time to photograph your newborn is within the first 5 to 14 days of life. Here’s why:

Sleepiness: During this early window, newborns are typically very sleepy and tend to sleep deeply, which makes them easier to pose in those adorable, curled-up positions you see in professional newborn photos.
Flexibility: Babies are still very flexible and squishy in these first two weeks, having retained their in-utero curl. This allows for comfortable and safe posing.
Less Baby Acne & Colic: After the first two weeks, babies can start to develop baby acne or cradle cap, and some may begin to experience colic, making them more unsettled and difficult to soothe.
Before They “Wake Up”: As newborns get older, they become more alert and aware of their surroundings, making it harder to achieve those deep, peaceful sleeping shots.

Booking Advice:

Book While Pregnant: It is highly recommended to book your newborn session during your second or early third trimester of pregnancy. Newborn photographers often book up months in advance, and this ensures you secure a spot.
Flexible Scheduling: We understand that babies arrive on their own schedule! When you book, we’ll tentatively schedule your session based on your due date. Once your baby arrives, you’ll simply contact us within a couple of days of their birth to finalize the exact date and time for your session within that optimal 5-14 day window.
